Applying CFT Will Bring About A Profits Increase
In my article “The Difference Between Making Riches and Loosing Money In Web marketing is CFT” I wrote about what Critical Focus Time is, in relation to an online business. (You can visit it by clicking on my author link at the bottom of the page). This additional piece of writing explains how to operate the principles of CFT and obtain the best from it.
Internet marketing coaching has taught me that A simple mistake to make when you first begin employing CFT to your on line marketing venture is to imagine that a commitment to being focussed is enough to make it so. It’s easy to begin really keen and resolute, but not so easy to keep up your enthusiasm. Roughly 6 days into your new way of working you’re likely to discover that building a fresh habit is not as easy as just deciding to do so. CFT, like any new ability or habit, demands unfailing effort.
So, do not imagine that you will get your CFT right the initial occasion you try it out. Like all motivation techniques, the chances are you will need to practise until it turns into 2nd nature. While you are practising, recognize that you’ll make mistakes and let that be alright. When you understand this in the context of practising a new competence you will be more motivated to keep practising until such time as you’ve mastered it and less disappointed if you’ve set backs.
These 3 principles will make your CFT bring higher returns:
1. Eliminate Everything That May Distract You
Shut down your phone, close your workplace door, and ask your family/colleagues not to interrupt you for your prearranged period. Concentrate exclusively on the jobs you’ve decided upon and do not be tempted to execute something else.
2. Use A Timer
Start off with 20 minute blocks if you’re a novice at this, building up to what your optimum work block time-span is. You’ll have to try different times and discover what is the best for you. However, don’t go past fo rt y five m inutes as research has shown that this is the maximum period of time we can focus for successfully.
3. Undertake Recurring Rests Between Sessions
Take rests, up to a maximum of 15 minutes for a 45 minute chunk of work. Take that time to get up from the desk and move away from your computer. Perform something that needs you to shift your body.
So, now the only thing that is outstanding is for you to make a commitment as to how many blocks you will do every day and make it a part of your success mindset. Start slowly and work your way up and, keep in mind, practice, practice, practice.
