Twitter and Making Money

Today, I would like to introduce you to Coupdetwitter- a course on how to properly get started with twitter, get lots of followers, and turn those followers into cash.

This is by no means a Social Media Purist, but still he teaches what he considers the “right way” to interact on Twitter & other Social Media platforms (hint: it ain’t by spamming people your offers). he has a number of years of success in the internet marketing realm

So, once again, here’s a quick recap of how you can stage your own Peaceful (or Hostile) Take Over using Twitter.

  1. First get a good network of followers going.
  2. Build relationships with your network.
  3. Get your followers to click on your links & tell others about you by retweeting your messages
  4. Make Money with Twitter.

I have shared with you simple ways to do steps 1 through 3.  I even added a dimension to step #3 which showed you how to put all that retweeting on HYPERDRIVE by providing things of value to your growing list of followers. But by now, you must know that something is missing. Especially if you’re in business you may, at this point, be wondering if this is just a lot of wheel spinning and wasting your time talking to people.

HOW do I make money?

If you take the actions that I’ve been telling you about throughout this process you’ll certainly create a growing list of followers… most likely into the thousands and beyond but up till now we haven’t talked about how to tie it all together and start making some money with this newfound connectedness.

Here’s the thing. You CAN make money using Twitter and you WILL. But it’s got to be a carefully planned process because you can easily ruin your entire pot of soup you’ve been so lovingly stirring and adding ingredients to all this time. If you just start throwing tons of pepper into the pot now, you’ll ruin all your efforts.

What Twitter is?

Twitter is really a free-for-all, information gathering, networking, and socializing all going on at the same time. It’s kind of like being in the middle of a crowded street in Los Angeles at rush hour.

People are streaming in all directions with a phone in one ear, a blackberry in their hand AND trying to hail a cab with the other. It’s HARD to get people’s attention, and if you smack them in the head with a bowl of soup from your cart when they’re not looking they’re going to disengage… just like that wow. Poof. Relationship damaged. Do it a couple more times and Kablooey. Relationship ended.

Not only that, they’ll probably be ticked you spilled soup on them.

There are a few things to consider here, but the main idea is NOT to try and make money ON Twitter directly. It does not really work. Nothing will get people to unfollow you faster. What you should do is have no more than 5-10% of your tweets even trying to promote anything (whether it’s your product or a product you’re promoting as an affiliate.

What we’ve been doing over the past couple of posts is gently stirring that pot of soup. Building relationships, getting people to click, getting people to retweet. Letting those aromas fill the kitchen and start making your followers hungry for more. You’ve got them retweeting your messages, clicking your links and now you’re going to want to entice them even more by dropping a few breadcrumbs that lead them to your steaming bowl of luscious soup.

The key is to intersperse all this value with things of your own. Links that lead your hungry followers to even MORE good value and FREE content that you provide, luring them off of Twitter and onto your own site. If you do not have you own site yet, there are certainly plenty of affiliate products you can promote. I still don’t recommend sending people straight to a sales page. You have to lull your followers away from the noisy street and into your tasty cafe. The content can be many things: teleseminars, webinars even a live Ustream show… the possibilities are truly endless as long as you think “VALUE FIRST“.

Once you get their attention directed at you and you alone THEN it’s time to show them your real wares and convince them to buy your soup, so to speak. You can even give them a taste of your soup to get them hooked before asking them to buy the entire bowl. By that time they’re hungry and they are not distracted by all the noise going on around them.

So, that’s the big Twitter secret. To make money on Twitter, you have to get people AWAY from just Twitter!

There’s plenty more *soup* for you when you join Coup de Twitter! Members are given an pre-installed “Base of Operations” site that act as a place for you to place these ‘things of value’ that I am referring to. You will also get 7 easy tactics for making money on Twitter and even more advanced tactics like the ones I’ve mentioned in this post. All shown in simple step-by-step videos. Go ahead and check out the

I look forward to helping you with your very own Twitter takeover.

Opt-In email selling rapid Success.

Opt-In Email Marketing is an amazing way of reaching a highly targeted audience of potential buyers. To begin, you'll need to ensure the 1st page people see is an opt-in page. This is often referred to as a squeeze page or squeeze page, and is essential in Opt-In email marketing. This opt-in page is a simple but surprisingly strong tool you must have as the 1st page folk see. The reason? It converts traffic to possible customers because you can keep in contact with anyone who opts in, many times for years to come. It’s a real asset.

To begin, you’ll need to ensure the first page people see is an opt-in page. This is also known as a squeeze page or capture page, and is essential in Opt-In Email Marketing. This opt-in page is an easy but surprisingly robust tool you've got to have as the 1st page people see. The reason? It converts traffic to possible clients as you can keep in touch with anyone who opts in, many times for future years.

It’s best to keep your opt-in page simple (you can always redirect them to your more pretty page/site after they fill in the details and collect their gift!)
Have a look around the web for opt in pages in your niche, with free reports or audios that seem to convince you to need to put in your info to get the gift. If it worked on you, it will probably work on your audience in your niche.

So then, just click in your browser View Source, and you can copy and paste the html code into a simple free html editor like NVU, or the one of your choice.  Now, you can have a template to work with. Of course you'll need to change it to make it more original, and be careful not to use any photographs that are copyrighted for example. However, you’ll have a good basic template to work with there.

Remember with these opt-in pages, pretty usually does WORSE than ugly. So, make it simple, keep it imperative, and make sure that you are listing real benefits to your potential customer as to why he can instantly BENEFIT from the free gift on offer.  As for where to get the free gift, one way is to take existing PLR documents off the Internet and improve upon them, changing up titles and improving content.

Another option, simply write your own 10-15 page document from what you know about your niche (or record a short audio or video) keeping in you’re your gift should solve some problems for your audience- that should be the focus of this gift to increase opt-ins.  Your goal for opt-in rates when giving away a free gift should be a 50% or more opt-ins for all visitors to the page.

To collect the first names and email addresses of your new potential customers, make sure you have a good autoresponder and NOT a free one.

Sales Funnels Work, But Only In the Right Niche

posted by TheMarbellaSEO 5:50 AM

When developing your sales funnel, you need to figure out your niche first, right? Actually, this is about the most important step in the process. If you haven’t chosen your niche yet, you need to focus your attention there first.

If you think about it, there are advantages and disadvantages to different niches. For example, my niche is internet marketing. It’s something that Iove and know a lot about. But even though it is one of the most profitable, it is also one of the most difficult to break into and one with the highest failure rates.

You do still need to have some competition, though. Without competition, there is no innovation and new products to sell on a regular basis. There does still need to be a market for what your interests are and what you want to sell.

So you’ll have to do a little testing. When you’re figuring out how profitable your niche is, you can test it out before rolling out our entire project. Get everything ready to collect names and make some font-end sales.

This really isn’t a dfficult thing to do. Give away a short report on your landing page, then follow up with a related product or full-book version of your free report that’s consice and informative for a relatively low price.

If you don’t have one yet, do a search for PLR products in your niche and use that to sell and create a short teaser report. Hand out the report, then follow up wih the book sale. It will make sense to create a follow up system if your niche is getting thousands of searches.

However, you will need to start making some sales. It’s great to get leads, but it’s really hard to track results until you start making sales. You won’t know if you can make any money here until you have some trackable results. That’s okay if not, though. With your list, you can adjust as time goes by, but on the front-end, your conversion stats are more reliable than opt-in stats.

Once you’ve figured out that you can make something of your niche, it is time to get into the planning of your sales funnel. The primary focus here should be meeting the needs of your customers and providing value and quality.

As your funnel progresses, you have to add products and services tailored to your customers’ needs. Over time, you can add more and more higher-priced products and services and make the most profit on the back end.

Adjust your sales funnel to your customer’s specific needs. At first, you may start out with a broad topic niche, like martial arts. Over time, as you do more research on martial arts, you find that people in that niche are looking for more specific things, like “bo staff training” or “Tai Chi for more powerful fighting”. If you keep breaking it down, you can get into dealing with problems like body pains or how to push through a plateau.

Learning more about your niche has a few advantages. First of all, it helps you to learn more and be able to provide more value. Besides, it helps you decide what to put into your sales funnel.

Finding the right niche can be take time and work, so be patient. This is a business, after all, and everyting you do takes time and patience until your machine is running smoothly. You have to be willing to adjust to your customers’ needs. Keep doing your research and adapt as those needs change and develop over time, and you will find success with your sales funnel strategies. When you hear the term “internet marketing“, what do you think of?

For many, that term conjures thoughts of websites or spamming or search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. For others, it’s all about graphical design, writing fancy code or even affiliate programs. All of those answers correct, but the essence of internet marketing is much simpler.

At its core, internet marketing is about these things:

* Understanding the target market to which the product/service/cause you’re marketing will appeal
* Determining exactly how your target market interacts with the internet
* Positioning your content on the internet to attract the attention of your target market
* Collecting information about your target market (also known as “leads”) for follow-up and conversion into sales
* Design of offers or incentives to induce the desired actions from your leads

Since there is insufficient space in this article to give all of these topics adequate attention, let’s focus on just one specific topic with the realm of internet marketing: Email Marketing.

My best payoff has always come by focusing on permission-based email marketing. Permission-based email marketing refers to the practice of collecting information (including email addresses) from website visitors and communicating with them via e-mail with their direct consent. The “permission” aspect of permission-based email marketing is what separates legitimate email marketers from the spammers that everyone despises.

My love of email marketing is strong for one reason: It works very well. Email marketing has been much like a never-ending goldmine: It enables us to produce income on demand simply by sending a good offer to our list. When you have thousands of loyal subscribers – as we do – and you put a strong and compatible offer in front of them, income becomes nearly automatic.

However, the key to successful email marketing is the development of a legitimate trust relationship with your subscribers. If you opt to send your subscribers a request for purchases every single day, they will likely tire of your badgering and cease reading your emails altogether.

Alternatively, if you take the time to provide good content to your readers on a regular and frequent basis, you’ll discover that your readers take all of your emails far more seriously, and as a result your emails will be opened, read and acted upon with greater frequency. Essentially, email marketing is really an exercise in trust.

While there are many more aspects to internet marketing than just permission-based email marketing, email has definitely been the cornerstone on which our business is built.

Earning Residual Income Online

Owning their own small or home business is an ambition which many people have. It’s always been a very popular dream – and not necessarily because people want to be super rich or have sports cars and yachts. The idea of being free to organise their own time is quite often what drives people.

Needless to say, where there’s enough demand there will also be a supply. There are plenty of ready made opportunities aimed at helping people start their own business.

Franchises and distributorships have been around for years, long before the internet was even thought of. However, the growth of the internet has meant that it is easier than ever before to start your own business.

One of the big advantages of online earning opportunities is that they offer a low cost – or no cost – way to start a business. However, you shouldn’t fall into the trap of thinking that everything on the internet is free – or even that it should be free. Once you’ve tried some of the free methods of earning genuine residual income you should be prepared to reinvest some of your profit back into your business. Outsourcing certain activities or setting a small advertising budget will allow your business to grow faster.

Nevertheless, when you’re just starting out, free methods are a very good way to dip your toe in the water.

You don’t even need your own website. You can sign up as an affiliate with an online vendor and send visitors to their site. If any of the potential customers that you send buys an item, then you will get a share of the sales price. Amazon and eBay run two well established affiliate programs. They’re both are free to join – and there are plenty of others available.

In order to drive traffic to the vendor’s website you can sign up for a free blog – blogger.com is one suitable platform. Write some brief reviews about the items you are marketing and include your affiliate link to the seller’s website. It’s simple and it’s free.

Another very popular way of earning money on the internet is to display adverts on your website or blog. Each time that a surfer clicks on an advert you will get a share of the fee paid to the advertising company. The Google Adsense program is the best known example of this type of scheme and is totally free to join.

Sign up for a free blog, put Google Adsense on it and earn money whenever someone clicks on the ads.

In fact, you don’t even need your own free blog. There are lots of “revenue sharing” sites around who will be very pleased to put your content on their sites. This will then be published with paying adverts beside it and whenever someone clicks an ad you split a share of the ad fee with the webmaster.

One good example of this type of site is InfoBarrel – they publish your content and you get 75% of the ad revenue generated as a result. As long as your articles are live you can earn money. You could continue being paid for years thanks to an article that you pen today.

Setup is very easy. Your first article could be on the site just minutes after finishing the fast and easy signup process. So sign up for InfoBarrel today and start earning money by writing about your hobbies and interests.

Small business internet marketing isn’t just about promotion anymore but also about considering topics such as email internet marketing, how to make money online & buy website traffic. It used to consist of buying ads in various publications and going on to buying specific types of ads, when the online business world really took off. Now the difference when we compare advertising and marketing has have moved on to be very clear. Buying Ad space is a thing you do that’s very passive.

In addition to having to deal with business email marketing, online affiliate marketing, making money online & buy website traffic – yes you’ll use specific language in any advertising space you purchase as a means of attempting to entice individuals to buy, but once you’ve placed the ad in out there, it’s there and it’s not going to change. Even google ad words advertising can be put into this more passive category. But with many of the techniques of small business www marketing, the things you do are far from passive. If you search engine optimize your website, to some that may look like something active because you only do it once. However, that way of thing may not happen to be correct.

You may choose to focus on list building, internet affiliate marketing, how to make money online & how to increase website traffic but the fact is that as you add new content on your website, you will actually be doing more tweaking. You’ll use new keywords in different areas. Sure, if you make use of banner advertising you’ll change them from time to time, but it’s still much more static that almost any other type of marketing you can do. The fact remains that you will most likely be unlike large companies and, those static banners probably will not get you additional revenues. It’s the moving nature of small business internet marketing that are going to attract individuals to your website and have them wanting to come back. And when they keep visiting, they’re once again faced with the things you offer. It is well noted that it takes one 6 or 7 times seeing an offer before they want to purchase, so the more you get them at your website, and presenting them with what you have to offer, the more likely it is that they will end up buying from you.

Ameriplan Business Opportunity – A Review

posted by TheMarbellaSEO 5:50 AM

Ameriplan

The Ameriplan Income Opportunity is probably the most disputed business on the Internet. On one hand, people claim it’s a wonderful plan with good benefits and go so far to say you could earn six figure incomes as an Ameriplan distributor. On the other hand, there are people who claim Ameriplan’s a scam and that it’s impossible to earn a decent income from this opportunity. So whether you’re working with Ameriplan or planning to join, find out more about this business before getting in too deep.

•    Ameriplan – Where It All Started
In 1992, twin brothers Dennis and Daniel Bloom started the Ameriplan venture to enable people to avail medical treatment at a rebated rate. This was a big boon to many people who had no insurance cover or were underinsured especially in a situation where dental, vision, medical and pet care costs were sky-high.For a small monthly fee ranging from $11 to $20, members of Ameriplan USA could avail discounts of up to 80 % on their medical costs.

•    Numbers Of Ameriplan USA
Statistics say almost 70% of Americans don’t have enough insurance cover. This is good news to distributors to market Ameriplan Health. The Ameriplan Health Care discount program is accepted by over 30000 dental providers, 60000 Medical providers, 7500 Chiropractic providers, 56000 retail pharmacies, 12000 optical providers and 4000 hearing care providers.

•    Show Me The Money For Ameriplan USA
Distributors for Ameriplan are called Independent Business Owner (IBO). To become an IBO, you need to pay a start up fee of $20 and a monthly fee of $50.The earning potential offered by Ameriplan is quite tempting. IBOs get 30% commission on orders, a good residual income, a daily pay check and Ameriplan benefits to family members. There’s a good support system with 45 regional offices to help IBOs. Initial training and material is offered to all reps when they join.
So Ameriplan has an unmatched, yet simple to promote product line, a huge potential market with over 70% Americans being underinsured and a great compensation scheme that offers good residual income; definitely IBOs would have made millions with this income opportunity? The truth is, Ameriplan reps don’t really earn that much. The reasons?

-    Though offline marketing training is offered, it’s not reliable. You cannot earn money by just promoting the product among people you know or by cold calling prospective clients.
-    It’s not easy to find people who don’t have enough insurance cover to market this product.

Overcome these problems by making people approach you instead of you having to go from place to place trying to locate people who are in need of Ameriplan’s services. Just launch your business in the internet and see people coming to you with orders. Facebook and articles marketing are just a few approaches to establish a successful internet business and to get interested parties to approach you.
